As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide psychotherapy and medication management services, leveraging Headway's support to manage billing, client referrals, and marketing. This position allows for a flexible schedule and remote work, promoting access to mental health care. Graduates with a Master's level degree and appropriate licenses are encouraged to join a community aimed at enhancing mental health accessibility.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
